Offering custom website maintenance plans for all of our clients, we can support you even if you have an existing site that wasn’t built by us. In this case, our team will need to complete a full site function review before agreeing on a maintenance plan.
Our Basic Maintenance plans include:
Daily Website Support
On a daily basis between 9am and 5pm our team will be available to answer any questions by phone or email. We’ll fix any *bugs that appear in the system – and any bugs that can’t be corrected on the spot will be logged. Our team will then focus on resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
Daily support includes:
- Automatic Backups
- Email and Phone Support
- Bug Removal
* We define website “Bugs” as an issue on the site that has developed due to software updates or changes to the internet as a whole that directly effects the existing function of the website.
Scheduled Monitoring
On the first of every month we’ll perform routine checks on all elements of the site. This includes running updates, verifying backups and performing security checks.
This monitoring includes:
- Installation of WordPress Framework Updates
- Plugin Updates
- Security Monitoring
- Bug Removal
Content Updates
Let us update your website *content for you. Send us your content Monday to Saturday and we’ll have your website updated within one to two business days. The frequency of how often we update your website content will have to be clearly defined before determining the cost of your website maintenance plan.
This includes:
- Image resizing and formatting to fit your website
- Text Updates
- Adding / Editing Posts
- Page Updates
* We define “content” as any text and images on the site that is encountered as part of the user experience.
